Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occur during holidays, severe weather, or carrier-related issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipment Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  • Then contact us with your order number at Jaxon@Accubuiltllc.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at Jaxon@Accubuiltllc.com within 48 hours. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
