Thank you for shopping with Accubuilt. We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Chassis


2. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at Jaxon@Accubuiltllc.com with your order number.

Once your return is approved:

  1. We’ll send return instructions and the return shipping address.

  2. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.


4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items, or if you’d like a different size or variant (if available).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not been shipped. After shipping, the standard return process applies.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you still have issues, email Jaxon@Accubuiltllc.com and we’ll help resolve it.
